WHY DID YOU BECOME A PRE/ POSTNATAL EXERCISE SPECIALIST?
As someone who has always loved moving my body and inspiring other to, I found myself digging deeper into women’s health as my personal training career progressed. I noticed there was a huge gap in pre/postnatal care, specifically in regards to preparing for and recovering from giving birth. I became a pre/postnatal exercise specialist because I want to help fill that gap and to empower women through movement and knowledge during such a significant, transformative and intimate time in their lives.
