To educate and inspire women as they prepare for and recover from the major athletic event that is pregnancy and childbirth. I am a firm believer that movement is medicine! When a woman’s body is going through so many changes, we need it more than ever.

I am in awe of our clients ability to stay strong (both physically and mentally) as they experience monumental changes during this incredible time in their lives. Their dedication and the reward of seeing them progress is something I am constantly moved by.
