I’ve always had a passion for exercise and the positive impact it can have on individuals in all stages of life. Through supporting my family and friends with pregnancies, I learned how crucial it is for women to exercise safely and effectively before and after birth. My fire is lit and I found my calling to boost all mamas and babies well-being.
